Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Animo website and services (the "Service") operated by Animo ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account and using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to use the Animo Service, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and be able to form a legally binding contract. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans, Payments, and Activation Keys

Subscription

Access to the Animo platform requires an active subscription, which is initiated by purchasing an activation key. We offer different subscription plans ("Plans") with varying durations and features. Your subscription period begins upon successful activation of your key.

Activation Keys

Activation keys are required to register and activate a new account. These keys must be purchased from our list of verified merchants. We are not responsible for keys purchased from unverified or third-party sources. An activation key is a one-time use code for a specific subscription plan and is non-refundable once purchased and delivered.

No Earning Guarantees

Animo provides a platform with opportunities to earn rewards through various activities. However, we make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the level of income or earnings you may achieve. Your success and earnings depend on your personal effort, skills, and market conditions. Any earning examples or testimonials are not to be considered as a promise of your actual performance.

No Refunds

All subscription fees and payments for activation keys are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is made or a key is used, you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including if you choose to terminate your account before the end of the subscription period.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser.
• Attempt to cheat or manipulate the "Walk-to-Earn" system or any other earning feature through fraudulent means.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
• Post or transmit any content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Animo and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Nigeria and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Animo.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ANIMO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THEIR SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT OR MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ANIMO, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Animo and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
